Solitary, Not Alone is a choreographic work created by Eunjeong Oh and Jack Strömberg. In a twenty-minute dance journey, the performers move through different seasons of life — each following their own solitary path, yet always in the presence of others who are walking theirs.

The work celebrates the quiet joys of being and, through movement, invites us to reflect on the necessity of the other: on how our individual paths become part of the image of communities — local, national and international. The piece calls for empathetic collaboration in the service of growth and personal maturation.

The work was created in the QUAKE format, which at Divadlo Štúdio tanca creates space for shorter authorial choreographic statements by members of the artistic ensemble.
