Oko za oko – ukážme, čo sme videli!

Špeciálna rezidencia určená pre všetkých profesionálov v oblasti kultúry, ktorý majú chuť sa rozvíjať a obohatiť seba aj členov DŠT o svoje zručnosti. Cieľom je umožniť zdieľanie praxí pracovníkov z rôznych odvetví, ktorí sú otvorení navštíviť (a naštrbiť) našu organizáciu a aktívne participovať na bežnej prevádzke DŠT. Ide o tzv. peer to peer learning, kde rezident a tím DŠT partnersky zdieľajú svoje skúsenosti a aplikujú ich v novom prostredí.

Výstupom rezidencie môže byť reflexia, odborný text,  no dôležité je, aby došlo k zdieľaniu a výmene skúseností.

Čo ponúkame (organizátor zabezpečí):

  • priestor v pracovnom coworkingu
  • ubytovanie v penzióne v blízkosti DŠT
  • feedback session
  • náš čas a chuť pracovať s rezidentom na spoločnom cieli (alebo ceste)
  • honorár 500 eur
  • propagácia pobytu a výstupov

Žiadateľ zabezpečuje vo vlastnej réžii a na vlastné náklady:

  • cestovné, stravu a diéty, nákup materiálu a pod.

Pre koho je rezidenčný pobyt určený: pre pracovníkov v oblasti kultúry a umenia (na pozícii a odbore nezáleží)

Termín rezidenčného pobytu: počas celého roka 2023, podľa individuálnej dohody
Trvanie rezidenčného pobytu: 10 dní
Počet vybraných uchádzačov: 1

Eye for an eye – let´s show, what we know!

A special residency designed for all cultural professionals who are interested in developing and enriching their skills and the skills of DŠT members. The aim is to allow for the sharing of practices of workers from different sectors who are open to visit (and pitch in ) our organization and actively participate in the day-to-day running of DŠT. This is a peer to peer learning experience, where the resident and the DŠT team to share their experiences and apply them in a new environment.

The output of the residency can be a reflection paper, a professional text, but the important thing is that there is sharing and exchange of experiences.

What we offer (provided by the organizer):

  • co-working space
  • accommodation in a guest house near the DŠT
  • feedback session
  • our time and enthusiasm to work with the resident on a common goal (or journey)
  • an honorarium of 500 euros
  • promotion of the stay and outcomes

The applicant is responsible for his/her own costs and expenses:

Travel, meals and per diems, purchase of materials, etc.

For whom the residency is intended: for cultural and artistic workers – support professions (the position and the field do not matter)

Duration of the residency: throughout 2023, by individual agreement
Duration of the residency: 10 dní
